Currencies
Alliance Points
The Alliance Points are normally earned performing activities in Player versus Player (PvP) areas of the game. Accumulating Alliance Points will increase your PvP Rank. Each rank unlocks a skill point. Claim these rewards on new or low level characters to unlock some skill points without entering PvP areas.
These can be deposited to your bank.
Gold
In-game gold and that can be used in-game to buy items from NPC vendors, Guild Traders, or other players .
Login to the other megaservers to obtain these gold rewards if you are a streamer and want to accumulate some gold on megaservers you do not normally play on.
Seals of Endeavors
Normally, these seals can be only earned by completing daily or weekly endeavors. Seals are spend in a special category of the Crown Store that allows you to purchase items found in the currently available crown crates with in-game currency instead of real money. If the items in the current crown crate season do not appeal to you, save for later.
Tel Var
Tel Var are usually earned doing activities in The Imperial City (Free DLC obtained from the Crown Store). Earning Tel Var from daily rewards does not apply to Daily Endeavors.
Crafting
Instant Research Scrolls
Instant research scrolls are special consumables that will reduce the remaining research times on your crafting research timers. The scroll will either reduce one profession identified in the scroll’s name or all professions.
To obtain the most benefit of these scrolls, you will want to maximize your crafting profession research passives to unlock the most number of simultaneous researching of items (3/3) for professions identified in the scroll’s name.
Mimic Stones
Crown Mimic stones are special crafting items that can be used to replace a standard (motif) style items during the equipment crafting process.
These are often used to do sealed crafting writs where the motif is know but the style item can be expensive.
If you have a crafter that know rare or popular motifs used in crafter, you can convert these gems to style items and sold for gold.
Improvement Materials
Often at the end of the month, gold crafting improvement items are included in the daily login rewards. They can be sold for gold to other players, used to improve your gear, or saved for later.
Experience Scrolls
The benefit experience scrolls are best maximized during double experience events (e.g. New Life Festival, Jester’s Festival, Witches Festival) or saved to level a new character when a new class is introduced.
Crown Experience Scrolls
Experience scrolls boost your experience earned from all sources for a limited time by 50%.
DOES STACK with bonus experience events.
DO NOT STACK WITH OTHER EXPERIENCE CONSUMABLES AND WILL REPLACE EXISTING ONES.
Grand Gold Coast Experience Scrolls
Experience scrolls boost your experience earned from all sources for a limited time by 150%.
DOES STACK with bonus experience events.
DO NOT STACK WITH OTHER EXPERIENCE CONSUMABLES AND WILL REPLACE EXISTING ONES.
Food / Drink
Fortifying Meals
While crafted food is better, these items are handy for boosting your resource statistics for a short time while doing normal content.
Poisons / Potions
Generally, poisons are considered junk. However, they can be a free supply of poisons for niche poison-based builds and for completing some endeavors.
Potions are handy for recovering resources while doing normal content and for Argonian characters with the potion buff passive unlocked.
Tri-stat potions are useful for tanks.
Potions are useful for characters wearing the Clever Alchemist Set or Iron Flask Set.
Other
Repair Kits
These special repairs will repair all of your equipped gear that is damaged. Good alternative to spending gold at vendors to repair your damaged gear.
Riding Lessons
These are useful to keep for when new classes and character slots are added to the game.
Soul Gems
These items can be used to fully recharge an enchanted weapon.
Special
The special items usually appear on day 21 of the login rewards calendar. These items have appeared later in the crown store or as part of the crown gem store. These include special crown crate preview boxes (3 rewards instead of the usual 5) and cosmetic items.
