With the introduction of OneTamriel, ZOS added daily quests for the three factions – Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and the Undaunted. Included were new rewards, and a new way to gain reputation in their ranks.
These quests offer new players a more structured means to explore Tamriel by sending them out to distant Dolmens, Delves, and/or Public Dungeons. Also, they offer alternate advancement in the guild skill lines to unlock guild abilities and passives.
To established players and crafters, they offer a means to farm the Rare Draughr Motifs and style materials.
You can find these quests in the capital cities in each faction’s guildhall or camp.

Guild Hall
Cardea Gallus can be found in the faction capital Fighters’ Guild. He will offer you a quest to destroy 3 dolmens in a particular zone.

Arkas can be found in your Alliance Border Keep (AD – Western Elsweyr, DC – Northern Highrock Gate, EP – Southern Morrowind Gate) . He will offer you a quest to retrieve relics from various Public Dungeons.

Alvur Baren can be found in the faction capital Mages’ Guild. He will offer you a quest to retrieve relics from various Public Dungeons.

Tip: This one is very quick. Jump off the right side of the first bridge and follow the cliff to the group area a short distance away.

- Madness in the Rift: Help recover a relic of the Mad God in the Rift.
Note: You will have to clear a path through several groups to get to the group area and the chest. However, if you are shield and shielded, you could make a run for the cave.
