- Requires Party Planner achievement. To unlock this achievement, have three players visit your home simultaneously.
- Free Houseguest: Alchemy Houseguest
- Requires Expert Resin Harvester and Novice Alchemy Furnisher achievements. To earn the Expert Resin Harvester achievement, harvest 25 Alchemical Resin, and to unlock the Novice Alchemy Furnisher, learn any Alchemy formula.
- Bonus Seals of Endeavors
- Watch for Housing-themed Endeavors to earn bonus Seals of Endeavors.
