The Luxury Furnisher Vendor (Zanil Theran) is located north of the bank in the Hollow City, Coldharbour and the Belkarth Festival Grounds in Craglorn.

Notes:
There is a similar version of the Daedric Chandelier, Spiked called the Lantern of Anguish that can be purchased from the global achievement vendor for 5,000g. However, the Lantern of Anguish is just that a lantern that glows red and not the flame like the luxury Daedric Chandelier.
There is a more expensive version of the chest available year-round from the Fighter’s Guild achievement vendor for 10,000g
It can be very tricky placing items in the Daedric Sarcophagus. Players on the official forums suggest using the EHT addon or the precision furniture placement editor to place furnishing within furnishings. Players cannot actually lay inside the sarcophagus.
