Essence of Stamina is one of several items requested for top-tier alchemy crafting writs.
To make it, you will need Lorkhan’s Tears and any one of the combinations listed below
- Dragonthorn, Mountain Flower
- Blessed Thistle, Mountain Flower
- Blessed Thistle, Columbine
- Dragonthorn, Columbine
Note: Dragon’s Blood can also be used but given the rarity of this reagent, I do not recommend it.
However, you can obtain a supply of Dragon’s Blood without having to kill dragons by unlocking the Dragonguard Supply chest found in the Dragonguard Sanctum by completing 30 of their daily quests.
