The following is a summary of the crafting and housing related changes included in this #ESOTU patch for the PC and Mac. There were very few crafting changes this patch.
The Elder Scrolls Online v3.0.11 is an incremental patch that includes more fixes for the Grouping Tool and queuing issues, in addition to some changes to Battlegrounds and Cyrodiil campaigns. There are also some fixes involving gameplay, dungeons, and quests. The size of this patch is approximately 378MB.
The Almalexia (7 day No-CP) campaign has closed, and taking its place is Shor, a new 7-day CP enabled campaign.
Fixed an issue where two recipes that required Ash Canvas would consume all available Ash Canvas when crafted.
Fixed an issue that prevented the second and third effects of crafted Poisons from being triggered by some area of effect abilities.
It is fun to learn by Alchemy by trial and error and hope whatever ever does not kills you makes you smarter. However, an Alchemical Poison Recipe book does reassure an aging mind of success and less of death.

Sealed Writs now display their target item and Writ Voucher reward at all times, even when inside of a container.
Sealed Writs no longer automatically offer you their quest the moment you first acquire them. You can still use the Sealed Writ at any time to start the quest.
All cost poisons have been reduced in effectiveness.

The Elder Scrolls Online v2.5.7 is a small incremental patch that fixes a few issues including not being able to group properly, crafted poisons not working with some abilities and sets, Knight Commander Panthius not appearing in the Kvatch Arena, and more. The size of this patch is approximately 118MB.
My Poison-Making for The Savvy Assassin has been updated for patch 2.5.5. Also, I added some clarification on the tooltip descriptions provided to explain some of the variances people will experience (eg. champion points investments, etc.).
There has been an interesting post on the forums regarding the drop rate of Mudcrab Chitin that I have been following. The Chitin are a new alchemical reagent used in poisons and potions that are found on, you guessed it, mudcrabs. Over past few days I’ve been mapping fishing holes and taking out a few of the nearby mubcrabs to hopefully find some chitin enroute to the next fishing hole.
My experience seems to confirm what people on the forums are saying: that the larger mudcrabs, especially the darker red ones have the best drop rate. Also, people report that they haven’t had much luck farming crabs in Wrothgar, so you may want to try somewhere else.
