About Giant Clams

The Giant Clams, when looted, may yield up to two of the following:

  • Two new alchemy reagents: Powdered Mother of Pearl and Clam Gall
    • Clam Gall is an offensively oriented reagent, while Powdered Mother of Pearl is more defensively oriented, granting new combinations of survival effects
  • Fish meat, for provisioning
  • Bait, including fish roe, guts, and worms
  • Grease solvents for alchemical poisons
  • Or, very rarely, clam-themed furnishings for your home

ESOTU Spoiler: Ancestral Tombs Hunter (Librarian Title)

Find all 30 ancestral tombs in Vvardenfell, make a rubbing of the information they contain, and deliver these rubbings to Librarian Bradyn to discover the location of the lost Library of Andule.

Note: The purchase of the Morrowind Chapter is required to complete this achievement.

Talk to the Librarian in the Library of Vivec (located under the wayshrine) to begin your quest to visit all of the ancestral tombs and learn the location of an ancient library.

Fast travel using the state-of-the-art Wayshrines is fine and dandy until you need to boldly go where you have not been before.  However do not fear, there is an alternate fast travel system called the “Navigators”.   Navigators will take you to your destination by boat, cart, or both.

ESOTU Tip: Skyshard Hunter – Cyrodiil

Are you a skyshard hunter? Heard rumours of a shard where White Fall reaches for Aetherius?

This shard can take a while to find if you approach from the closest keeps to the southwest and southeast. The path leading up the mountain to this shard is located on the north side and is indicated by the little blue arrow in the middle of the map.
