If you have unlocked Eyevea (the region unlocked by the Mages’ Guild final quest), you can fast travel to it using any wayshrine or directly form the map.
I discovered it’s secret location on the Tamriel map while watching HeroofNone’s twitch stream. He made an interesting comment about Eyevea having a wayshrine but it wasn’t on the map. He brought up the world map while he was there and his pointer was in the western sea.
I pulled up my map and sure enough at the same location as a three masted ship on my map was Eyevea.
To access the wayshrine,

With the introduction of OneTamriel, ZOS added daily quests for the three factions – Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, and the Undaunted. Included were new rewards, and a new way to gain reputation in their ranks.
These quests offer new players a more structured means to explore Tamriel by sending them out to distant Dolmens, Delves, and/or Public Dungeons. Also, they offer alternate advancement in the guild skill lines to unlock guild abilities and passives.
To established players and crafters, they offer a means to farm the Rare Draughr Motifs and style materials.
You can find these quests in the capital cities in each faction’s guildhall or camp.
Faction Capital Cites: Elden Root (Grahtwood), Mournhold (Deshaan), Wayrest (Stormhaven)
This evening I hopped onto the PTS and tried out the new daily quests for the Fighters’ Guild, Mages’ Guild, and the Undaunted.
As a high level player with all of the zone POI’s (points of interest) visible on the map, they didn’t take long to do and were soloable. Aside from the rare chance of a new crafting motif or style item, I felt the rewards were underwhelming. There were some white consumables and ornate gear that was capped at level 50 or CP150. Overall, I would do for the crafting motifs and the achievements and stop doing them.
