The Impressario

Location

The Impresario is located at a special booth in Daggerfall in Glenumbra, Davon’s Watch in Stonefalls, Vulkhel Guard in Auridon, and the main chapter cities: Alinor (Summerset), Rimmen (Elsweyr), Solitude (Greymoor), and Vivec City (Morrowind) .

Currency

The Impresario sells items for event tickets. To obtain tickets, you can purchase them during events for 250 crowns or earn them during the special ticket events during the year (see list of events below).

Occasionally, there is a special ticket gifting promotion where players can purchase event tickets in the crown store as gifts for other players and then they get special crown crate bundle at a later date.

Inventory

Fragments

Two types of fragments will be offered:

  1. Three base item fragments offered for 5 tickets each throughout the year.
  2. Three or more morphing fragments offered for 10 tickets each

Notes:
When the morphing fragments are combined they require a completed base item and then morph it to the new collectible (skin, personality, house, mount, etc.).

The selection of morphing fragments change every quarter. All of the fragments (base and morphing) return at the end of the year during the New Life Festival.

You must take part in multiple in-game events and collect three fragments, with a different one available for each specific event. Previous fragments for that quarter are available until the next quarterly fragments are introduced.

The special items are account-wide and all your character can benefit from the special items.

Example, you obtain fragments for an Indirik mount. Each quarter, you can obtain fragments that would convert your mount into a glowing Indrik mount or a snowy Indrik mount.

Note: You can only carry 12 Event Tickets at a time and that they are an account-wide “currency” that can’t be traded, so be sure to pick up those Indrik Feathers before trying to earn more.

Generally speaking, items other than fragments sold for 5 tickets or less, can be obtained from the current event reward boxes. You may want to want until the end of the event to buy these items. Also, items purchased from the vendor for tickets are bound and cannot be resold to other players.

Reward Box Items

Many of the items that you can obtain will be available to purchase for tickets. Unlike the items found in the event rewards boxes, event boxes rewards (such as Style Pages) purchased with tickets are bound to your account and cannot be resold.
For players that have missed previous seasonal events like the Jester’s Fest, New Life Festival, etc., there will be a special “Grab Bag” item available for purchase. This item is curated and will offer items from prior years. Note: it is better to check out if can obtain prior items from guildies or traders for gold than hard to earn /limited tickets.

Special Consumables

The Impresario offers some very special consumables that are worth mentioning.

  • Impresario’s Group Repair Kit (repairs all of the equipment of your group (any size).
  • Companion Commendations (advances the currently active companion to the next guild rank).
    • Fighter’s Guild

New Life Festival

(Mid-December – Early January)

The first two times you complete a New Life Festival daily quest, you earn an Event Ticket in addition to your Gift Box for each. You can earn only two Event Ticket this way per day, with the timer resetting at 1:00AM EST each morning (same as the regular dailies reset time).

However, because of the postponement of the Undaunted Celebration in November, we decided to reward Event Tickets for bosses slain throughout the entirety of the New Life Festival. Each day, when you defeat your first boss you receive three Event Tickets in addition to that boss’ regular rewards.

Here’s the bosses that’ll count:

  • World bosses
  • Delve bosses
  • Final dungeon bosses
  • Final trial bosses
  • Final arena bosses
  • Dragon hunt, Dolmen, and Abyssal Geyser bosses

That means each day, you could earn up to five tickets. Don’t forget to loot!
