If you are interested in the developer’s plans to improve the performance of The Elder Scrolls Online, a detailed article has been posted to their blog.
The most significant change in the next few weeks will require a full re-download of the game. Fortunately, the game will take up less space (15GB to 30GB depending on your platform) and future patches are expected to be much smaller.
