ESOTU Alliance Point Vendor Items – 2016/04/29

The Alliance Point Vendor (AKA The Golden) is a special vendor that only appears on the weekend to sell rare monster sets usually found in the various group dungeons.

This weeks vendor items on sale between 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday and 12:00 UTC/GMT on Mondays for 99,9905g or 200,000AP are the following

  • Malubeth the Scourager’s Shoulders – Infused
  • Leki’s Bracers – Divines
  • Gauntlets of Fury -Divines

Vendor was introduced in Patch 2.3.5.

ESOTU Assistants: Banker, Merchant, Neither?

Overheard in Tamriel

With the introduction of new assistants in Tamriel, there has been several posts on the subject on the official forums. The latest asks, “The Banker or The Merchant… Only 1.. Go!”. Before spending your 5000 crowns, you need to know that these assistants are variants of those in the Outlaw Refuges

  • Merchants only buy and sell but don’t repair
  • Bankers only provide access to your personal bank not guild banks or guild stores
  • Assistants not available in Cryodil

ESOTU Growing Concerns Over Enchanting Changes in 2.4.0

“It seems we made enchanting too easy. Increase the punishment!”

There appears to be a growing number of grumpy enchanters waving their chisels and torches on the official forums.

The main issue is that the runes that used to determine a glyph level will be purchasable and will not be obtainable from harvesting.  The concerns, in my opinion, are valid.
