ESOTU Luxury Furniture Vendor Items – 2017/08/04

The Luxury Furnisher Vendor (Zenil Theran) is a special vendor that only appears on the weekend to sell rare furniture for a limited time  in Cicero’s Food & General Goods shop in the Hollow City, Coldharbour.

This weeks items are:

ESOTU Alliance Point Vendor Items – 2017/08/04

The Alliance Point Vendor (AKA The Golden vendor) is a special vendor located in one of base camps for each faction in Cyrodiil that only appears on the weekend  to sell monster sets that are obtained in the various group dungeons around Tamriel.

This weeks items are:

  • Necklace of Syrabane – Arcane
  • Necklace of Salvation – Robust
  • Infernal Guardian’s Helm – Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy)
  • Chokethorn’s Helm – Infused / Impenetrable (Light, Medium, Heavy)

Items purchased with Alliance points are impenetrable.

Vendor was introduced in Patch 2.3.5.

ESOTU Delve: Frigid Grotto

Morachellis Hag-Husband speculated that a troll’s third eye was used to view, not the mundane world, but the overworld of spirits coterminous with our own. However, Morachellis also believed that horkers grew into mammoths, and that fire could be classed as a beverage.

The Frigid Grotto is located in the southwestern area of Eastmarch. Easiest way to get to this delve is take the road leading to the southwest from Fort Amol. It is a larger delve and contains mostly provisioning containers. With the large number of bears and skeevers, it could be a good place to farm hides.

[PTS] ESOTU [PC] Patch Notes 3.1.3 – Crafting Summary

The following is a summary of the crafting and housing related changes included in this #ESOTU patch for the PC and Mac.

OVERVIEW

The Elder Scrolls Online v3.1.3 incorporates some more balance changes to the game, in addition to a handful of bug fixes affecting dungeons, housing, quests, and UI. We’ve also fixed the issue where you weren’t able to preview and purchase homes, and therefore, have added three new homes to be tested. The size of this patch is approximately 240MB.

Highlights

  • Three new homes are now available to be previewed and purchased
  • Added a small chance to recover the blueprint for an hourglass furnishing from priests particularly obsessed with time.
  • Fixed an issue where Gradual Health Drain Poisons would report an unusual duration difference between the two-reagent version and the three-reagent version.
  • Fixed an issue where Pliant Ferrofungus, the Telvanni raw style item, incorrectly named the refined style item it refines into. Pliant Ferrofungus refines into Wrought Ferrofungus.
  • Fixed a rare issue which could cause you to receive the exact same Writ quest multiple times in a row.
  • The furnishing item “Mammoth Cheese, Mastercrafted” no longer emits steam from strange places. Or any place.
  • Adjusted the lighting effects on a number of furnishings to illuminate more consistently with the day/night cycle.
  • Added and updated icons on a number of new furnishings and crafting materials.
  • Two more Eidetic Memory items are now available after quests completed.

[PTS] ESOTU [PC] Patch Notes 3.1.2 – Crafting Summary

The following is a summary of the crafting and housing related changes included in this #ESOTU patch for the PC and Mac.

OVERVIEW

The Elder Scrolls Online v3.1.2 includes several bug fixes surrounding Horns of the Reach content, combat and itemization, numerous furnishing items, and more (next week’s patch will bring some combat-related balance changes). We’re also activating the upcoming Witches Festival for testing, and have enabled all Battleground game modes in the Grab Bag. This week, we copied all PC/Mac European megaserver characters for aid in testing. The size of this PTS incremental patch is approximately 4.2GB.

Highlights

  •  Witches Festival
  • The Redoran and Hlaalu motif books now have the correct text and icons.
  • Several books can now be found after completing their associated quests.

ESOTU [PC] Patch Notes 3.0.12 – Crafting Summary

The following is a summary of the crafting and housing related changes included in this #ESOTU patch for the PC and Mac. There were no crafting changes this patch.

OVERVIEW

The Elder Scrolls Online v3.0.12 is a small incremental patch that mainly contains a handful of fixes for the Halls of Fabrication Trial, a fix for the Pelinavant the Scourge achievement that’s tied to Midyear Mayhem, and resolving remaining cases where some players didn’t receive all their intended Crown Crates from the ESO Plus Bonus Event. We’re also granting free home and guest campaign assignments for Cyrodiil as we recently opened the Xarxes and Kastav campaigns for Midyear Mayhem. The size of this patch is 166MB.

ESOTU Delve: Old Sord’s Cave

Sor Pot-Helm was a prospector who is said to have singlehandedly dug out the cave that bears his name, working until he died at the age of 103, still convinced that just a bit more digging would reveal a fabulous ebony lode.

Old Sord’s Cave is located in the south area of Eastmarch. It can be reached from the Wittestadr and Logging Camp Wayshrines. It is a medium size delve and contains mostly provisioning containers.

ESOTU Delve: The Bastard’s Tomb

This worn-out old copper and turquoise mine has an evil reputation among the locals of southern Eastmarch, though no one will explain exactly why they feel they must avoid it. Perhaps the true reason has been lost, leaving only a general dread.

The Bastard’s Tomb is located in the southeastern area of Eastmarch. Easiest way to get to this delve run to the east from Jorunn’s Stand Wayshrine. It is a medium size delve and contains mostly provisioning containers.
