ESO Provisioning Grocer Locations

A gourmand will eat anything in front of them, while an educated gourmet prefers sophisticated recipes made from the freshest ingredients.

Summary

Merchant Stall
Merchants, Trading Guilds, and Adventurers often have what you need (for a price).

Provisioning food and drink are one of the main ways to improve your resource pools over a longer period of time. If the local guild trader doesn’t have the basic ingredients you are looking for, there are several grocers scattered around Tamriel ready to serve you.

Most grocers have the following ingredients,

Apples, Bananas, Beets, Carrots, Corn, Greens, Jazbay Grapes, Melons, Potatoes, Pumpkin, Radishes, and Tomatoes.

The price of the goods are 150g each. The few “bargain” merchants that sold for 10g each have had their prices increased to 150g.

ESO Crafting Writ Turn-in Locations List

Often crafters follow in their parents footsteps and take over the family business. As a result some rarely live their hometown and the familiarity of the crafting stations.  With the new crafting writs, crafters can take orders from the local notice board and deliver it a distant town.  Some end up taking up residence in the new town.

Summary

Merchant travels by horseback.
The saavy crafter knows the writs in distant lands can be a lucrative business.

Often the journal system doesn’t properly identify the turn in location if it is not at the crafters location. This brief tome describes the popular writ destinations of Tamriel. At the moment, it seems that consumables offer the best rewards consistently at all levels. Equipment writs seem to consume nearly a stack of resources and at lower levels, the rewards can mock the crafter with low value items like a quartz stone. ESO Provisioning Writs

Note: I am currently collecting data to assess the changes made with patch 4.1.5.
Cooks prepare food.
Writs do not only provide inspiration to level provisioning but also the chance to earn recipes and ingredients.

In my twenty years as supply captain for the Seventh Imperial, I learned one absolute truth: provisioning is the same whether feeding yourself or an entire army. — Basic Provisioning Guide by Cloelius Maluginensis.

ESO Uncommon and Rare Fish Guide for Master Angler Wannabes

There’s an old fishing expression, “it’s not the length of the worm that matters but how you wiggle it that matters”.  The list of fish needed for each region is well known (see journal, achievements, trophies, fishing) but not the water type of each. Fortunately, that’s where this tome fills the gap.

Summary

Strange fish

There are 25 different fishing achievements up for grab in Tamriel.  One for every region. One for every faction. One for getting them all. Aside from a sense of great accomplishment, the fisher is bestowed the title of Master Angler and unlocks several new colours for dyeing equipment.  The uncommon fish (green) have a vendor price of 36g and the rare fish (blue) a price of 110g.

This document lists all of the rare fish in each region and which body of water they can be found. In some regions without a certain water type, the rare fish are divided by the remaining water types.
